bizarro computer problem

Everytime I right click to save a picture, it comes up with "untitled" and my only saving choice is "bitmap", even if it shows up in "properties" as a .jpg. I have several graphics programs installed-- Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator-- and it does it on both my laptop and desktop. Help!

Mine is doing the same damn thing. Not the untitled part. But for some reason, I can't even view half of the pics saved as jpgegs, and bitmaps...

Oh, and to add insult to injury, I'm not able to logon to the forumz with my original user name. I'm turning schizophrenic. I've tried deleting cookies and any other shit I could spare on my computer...but it's not working.

Any suggestions?
