can you do it by memory or do you write it on a calender?

do any of you know any good places online that offer anything like that?

i started off using my work desk calendar...you know, the really big ones...but, after a while all of the little "codes" to keep people from knowing what was going on was getting kind of tedious...i had someone ask me one day, "what are the numbers on your calendar for?" lol... i kept up with the days...then, i'd have codes to mark the cervical mucus and position...oh...and then, of course, when we had sex...

now, i used an outdated (it was free) version of the software available at tcoyf.com - i can't find the free software anymore...

there's something at fertilityfriend.com, too.

i don't use the BBT stuff, though...

and the software makes it handy, because it'll print out a "report" of all of what you've kept up with...i usually do this right before my annual check up, just in case i have any questions...

i've been using the www.cyclespage.com for years now... you can sign up for a free account that just tracks your period... or you can upgrade your membership and then i think you can track your fertility as well...

Well, I don't really keep track... I haven't had a period in over a year :D But I'm on the Depo shot so that's one of the perks. Obviously I don't wanna have any more children soon :)

I circle the date I start on my calendar.

I used to just track it with a calendar and when I was ready to concieve I would check out the dates that would be best to get pregnant on parenting.com (I think that is the site). But now I don't worry. Hubby was fixed so no chance of conception. I usually just make a mental note of when the last one started. Although last time it started a week early, what ever that was about. I do try to keep track of when I am ovulating cause sometimes it hurts. I am going to go to the doc if it gets worse.

I use a little datebook to keep track of the dates my period starts so I know exactly when. That helps me, along with being aware of my cervical mucus, of when I ovulate and when Aunt Flo will show up again.

I also used cyclespage to track for a while. But it seemed like after I miscarried it got really easy to keep track. I used to have really long cycles, 31 days. After, it changed to 29 days on the dot. So it got pretty easy to tell when I was going to ovulate and when I was gonna start.

MEMORY? LMAO!!!

Hahahahahaha! ;)

I use the calendar I use for everything else. I just write the number 1, and circle it, for future reference. I'll also count how long the cycle before ended up being, and do the same. With the way mine is, I can only guess within a week when it will occur.

I probably should also keep track of the times I want to eat everything on God's green earth and am going postal. :)
