I thought about this a lot last night, and maybe there's a generation gap thing going on here. I'm 27, and when I was younger the raciest performer was Madonna, who even in her Jean Paul Gauthier cone bra and fishenets was still relatively covered. No one performed semi nude or even thought of it. In most of the vidoes I remember, the artists were dressed in stirrup pants and occasionally spandex. And when they showed their midriff, they never exposed their bellybuttons, but rather had their pants super hight on the waist, with a bit of skin showing through.
