I'm sure we all worry about our children getting everything they need for proper development.
I thought this would be a good topic for a sticky thread, as I'm sure you all have some great info and ideas for getting our lil ones the good nutrition they need.

I'll start with some links:

vegan nutrition in pregnancy and childhood:
http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/pregnancy.htm
http://www.asfsa.org/
nutrition for the preschool child:
http://www.nncc.org/Nutrition/nutrition.pres.html
vegetarian nutrition for children:

i like this one because it has stickers and a just for kids section

Thanks so much for this! I have been looking for good info on nutrition, and already that first site has helped ease my mind so much that I'm feeding him the right things. *laugh*

I've been on the lookout for a good kids cookbook so that I can get ideas for recipes that will make his food a little less repetitious.

man, i had found the PERFECT book for just what you described, and i let it get away.
it was a year around recipe book of fun and nutritious foods for kids. it was called 365 something-or-other.
if i find it again, i'll let you know!
