do you ever find yourself in a stupor when you realize you have no one to be responsible for but yourself for the next several hours... or do i just NOT do this nearly enough... ;)

clean? read? bead? nap? take nice long uninterrupted shower? all of the above? oh yes, and don't feel guilty.

i think i need to sit down.

the possibilites are overwhelming. :D

i cleaned minimally. i read. i listened to music. i enjoyed the ohsovery quiet.

i am actually off all week but will only have one more day of solitude on Wednesday. hopefully by then i will be relaxed enough to really enjoy it. :)

Isn't that a strange feeling? I am rarely home alone. I never know what to do when I am! I just wander my house, trying to figure out what the hell do to!

Gosh that is a hard one. I usually don't know what to do with myself either when I am alone. Maybe craft or cook or read or listen to music that has parental advisory stickers on them! lol. Oh, I don't know.

Lately my thing is being able to sit for alteast an hour and watch a tv show (Smallville) without being interupted, so I can hear all the important dialogue. Usually I have to pause or stop the tv show all together when the kids are home, because they keep asking me for things.

I honestly don't know what I would do, alone in my house for hours!!! I'd probably lay on the couch and watch soap operas..

it is hard to figure out what to do! my mom kept my kids on Wednesday night so hubby and i were alone from about 6pm until about 4pm the next day! it was NUTS! and believe it or not we did NOTHING. we chilled. i laid on the couch and read an entire book on Thursday. In my pjs. until the last possible minute before we had to get ready!

it was heaven!! i think you need more than a day before you can really figure out what the heck to do with yourself. one day of regeneration was just necessary for me. :)
