Well, I finally bought my dress...
It is the Oleg Cassini here: http://www.davidsbridal.com/bridal_gowns_detail.jsp?stid=1208&prodgroup=92
Except, it is solid white and doesn't have the multicolored embroidery.
We also picked a site and solid date. The wedding will be on March 11 here:

I am soooo excited that things are finally coming together. I am still stuck on bridesmaid dresses, however. My bridesmaids are my sisters. One is very thin and tiny while the other is very overwieght. I am having a hard time finding dresses to suit both of the them. The tiny one wants a very revealing dress while the bigger sister just doesn't want to look like she is wearing something that she has no business wearing. Any suggestions? I have looked at the mix and match dresses but I don't really like the options. My colors are pink, white, and black.

Well, if you are only having 2 bridesmaids, why not just let them choose their own individual dresses in the same color scheme. That way they will still look alike enough but can wear dresses to flatter their figures.
I was really hung up on bridesmaid dresses for a long time, and in the end I realized I just want everyone to be comfortable. My colors are pale green and cream. My 4 bridesmaids are wearing the same green dress, my sister (MOH) is wearing a different dress in a more irridescent greenish-yellow color that she picked herself, and my groom's 2 sister's are making dresses from scratch since they wanted something more modest than what the other girls are wearing. And the mothers are both wearing black and white. It doesn't match and I don't care. I just wanted everyone to feel comfortable and feel like they looked their best.
Good luck with your sisters and feel lucky that you only have to deal with 2!

The dress is pretty... But I don't know if I would be willing to spend that much on a dress. Kind of a hefty price. That's probably more than my whole wedding. [post104]

That dress is just exquisite...the detailing on it is lovely. And the color makes a very unique touch! It's expensive...but yeah, so what? Mine with veil was a grand, and by the time I get alterations it could be 200 more.
Beautiful!

It's beautiful! I almost tried that dress on, but I was looking for more of a ball-type gown, so I went with another one. I looooved the top part and the detailing, though.
I'm all for dresses that aren't just white or ivory. Mine has rum pink detailing all over it. It makes them more...unique? ;)

The coolest thing is, it wasn't that expensive! The dress is solid white, not multicolored and apparently that style/color was discontinued. I got a $1200 for $600!!! I thought it was a steal and it looks amazing on me.
Very beautiful - best wishes on your wedding day!:)

I tried that dress on - it was very popular this year :)
I had the same problem with my bridesmaids. My one sister is very obese and my other sister is very thin. I'm talkin size 28 vs. size 2. Night and day those two. I chose a long skirt that looked best on the size 28 and then let them each choose their tops. Looking at pics now I see that I made the right choice. Everyone was comfortable and looked very nice.
Thats a gorgeous location too :)

Thanks everyone for all the compliments... I just hope the dress while fit by wedding time. I am losing quite a bit of weight.

For the bridesmaid dresses, I did those mix n match ones (I forget what they called them) at David's Bridal. There were 6 or 7 different things they could choose from (including some 2 piece ones). I picked the color and told them to get whichever style looked best on them. They loved it, and they looked great.
