I can't really contribute any knew info-but my opinions area as endless as my fascination for this band-especially those two! I'll get over there as soon as I figure out how-I've haven't been off this block since I got my driver's license!!!

OK, so this totally not related to the Stevie-Lindsey thing, but here's the Eric/Patti story that I love as much as the S-L story...
Basically, softspoken Eric loved his best friend's girl, Patti, but couldn't have her. Someone gave him the Greek mythology story called The Story of Layla and Majnun and he became consumed by it, thinking of himself as Majnun and Patti as Layla.
He joined Duane Allman and the Dominoes in the studio for one of the BEST, most tortured albums in history - right alongside Rumours and they stand alone on that front, by my observations. If you don't have Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs, run, don't walk to your local record store.
SOOOO much passion.

Anyway, everyone wanting to talk Mac/Stevie/Lindsey with us, please sub up at egroups or onelist for the mailing list, BuckinghamBabes. Veronika will give us lots of information and pix (hopefully) and Pagefire can argue with me about Bleed to Love Her in the meantime...
