as my little bun has discovered that there's nothing as much fun as resting on/jumping on/kicking/squishing my bladder, i'm reminded of that "do your ears hang low song". cause this kid isn't movin'! in fact, on my last ultrasound he was taking a little nap with his head resting right on it! and up until today i was too damn embarassed of the consequences, that is until my lovely sis in law told me she went through the same thing with her first. he lived on her bladder, and did such a good job of squishing it that she started losing control of it. well, that lovely issue has just hit me too. as of yet i'm not needing to pee all of the time, but if i cough (which i'm doing a lot of because i have a really nasty allergy right now), i'm very thankful for panty liners. anyone else delt with this misery? any advice? i'm trying to remember my kegels every day, but that doesn't seem to be enough. i'm open to suggestions.
