i thought i'd lunp everything into one post...

now for my first question.. i keep seeing commercials for metabolife. has anyone ever tried it? what is it supposed to do anyways? i looked at the bottle over in walmart and saw there was a "metabolife" and a "metabolite". i think the lite was cheaper. anyone know what the difference is?

working out.. i don't have time to go to a gym or anything... i do have a few workout tapes by denise austin. i can pretty much do the ab one... but i have some aerobic workout (i forget the name) i can't do it.. she does a lot of dance moves and i am just not cordinated enough.. i get really discouraged and just quit. can anyone recommend any tapes that would be good for me to try?

also, i use to try and eat a lot of fat free things... which is better to cut the fat out or reallywatch your calories or do both?

ok... thats it for now. i really would appreciate some help.

thanks,
kelly

I'm gonna answer your last question first. When it comes to losing weight, the first and foremost thing is calories. I've heard that from my doctor, and from a trainer at the gym, and a friend who works as a personal trainer. If you intake less calories than you burn per day, that equals weight loss. Eating a lot of fat is not good for you either and you should cut back on it too, but the most important thing is calories.

With the excercise, you don't need to do an excersise tape. Do you have the chance to walk during your day? Walking is a good cardio exercise, that you can do pretty much anywhere. The key is doing I think its 40 minutes of cardiovascular excercise 3 times a week. The only thing is that it can be hard on your knees. I don't know much about workout tapes, so maybe someone else can reccomend you some.

I wouldn't know if Metabolife worked, because I tried it and stopped taking it after only 3 days becuase of a very scary incident where I unwisely mixed Metabolife and caffiene. I am wary about things like that because, what happens when you stop taking it? You can't take it, and aren't supposed to take it forever. Do you gain back all the weight?

I don't know about Metabolife but I've been taking this supplement that contains both caffiene and Ephedra. It can be dangerous for people who have heart conditions or are older, but they really work for giving me more energy. I stopped taking them for a long time because they are expensive ($40 for less than a months supply) but the energy boost is worth it.

last night i went over to walmart and bought metabolite. i was considerably cheaper than metabolife. it also has Ephedra. i feel pretty good today. i haven't felt this energetic in a long time. it was so nice to wake up and actually feel motivated today. usually i just feel depressed.

Do you ever wake up feeling okay and then psyche yourself into being in a bad mood based on all the baggage you're carrying in your head? I do that sometimes. That's why I'm trying hard to leave the past behind, forgive myself for what I've done before I go to bed, and make each day a fresh start. Easier said than done, but it seems to be working a bit.
