I think Yes, Virginia is air because it has the song about Santa Claus and it's named after that song and Santa flies through the air.
Obviously No, Virginia is earth because that's the opposite of air and No is the opposite of Yes.
I think Who Killed Amanda Palmer is about Fire, because fire eats air, and it's totes better than YEs, Virgins.

The self-titled album is an amalgamation of all the elements. Just look at the songs:
Gravity = air
Slide = water (waterslide, OMG!)
Coin-Operated Boy = earth (coins are made from metal mined from the earth)
The Jeep Song = fire (combustion engine)
