thanks! this was the most helpful one i found too... i still haven't found any sort of good description for this "drying out and remedicating" process my friend has to go through, but i at least got a pretty good crash course on the disorder itself!

I think Im just confuzzled right now. I sometimes have people not understand me because I cant get what I need said out coherently.
Did that make sense?
Like I told Shae I am getting a christmas for refrigerator.
I meant I am getting a refrigerator for christmas.
And I hate trying to think and talk at the same time. :e
I hate saying Uh yadda yadda uh yadda yadda.

Umbriel, if you think you're bipolar, you need to see a professional to confirm this. You can't just do therapy for bipolar ~ you need medication. This could mean a period of trial and error before you get it right. I know a very interesting and successful business woman who is bi-polar. On her meds, she can do great things, even if the meds cause some undesirable side effects. Off meds (she'll go off them when she feels "cured") she can end up in a hospital for MONTHS. Don't just guess, Umbriel ~ find out for sure!
