What another amazing show :) I was SOOOO happy to get to here "Shy" and "Firedoor"... shit, the whole setlist kicked ass. "Gravel" and "Angry Anymore" was awesome.... ahh, I loved it all :) I probably sound like an idiot, but oh well.
I actually wrote down the setlist this time, but we didn't leave Nashville till around 1.
Well, I could ramble on about the show... but I'm dead tired and I'm sure you don't wanna hear it, lol. Oh yeah....IQ and Carry You Around weren't orignally on the setlist...this girl Janet and I met had one of them and I copied it down.

I know, I was sad about the lack of new songs. There weren't many the night before in Memphis, either. But then in Buffalo people bitched that there were too many. *shrug* Oh and she's playing You Had Time on the electric guitar, it's so so beautiful.

man, that was an awesome show, my 2nd, and i'm very happy to've been there with you guys.
we met some really cool people there, got to sort of watch her during the soundcheck.. it was great... we peeked through the side of the building's door's.. there was a slight crack.
i was perplexed at how long her hair is now! i can't believe it.
the cowboy hats were so cute. :)
and all the improv.. ahhh yeah.. i'm dumb.

Ahhhh....Nashville...sweet sweet sweet! I have so much to say about the entire experience. But the words are racing around my head like a racetrack and it's hard to pin them down exactly.
I think the show was awesome. I am really glad the setlist was so much different than the night before. I am also very impressed that she mentioned MEMPHIS again!! and her experience in our city must have been grand. So hopefully she will be coming back SOON!
Chelle (Toriluvr) and I both had similar confessions as we were driving home from Nashville. I think ANI is becoming a great influence/love of our lives more so than Tori right now. I think it has something to do with the new album and seeing her two nights in a row.
AFTER the show was fabulous as well. I really appreciated the one-hour friendship/connection I made with a certain someone on the crew. I actually miss him. AND of course, he gave us some valuable information concerning WHERE Ani was after the show. Of course I was too intimiated to walk in and say "hello." I respect her space, but I'm kicking myself still.
IrisMagpie--I had a blast chatting it up before the show at the pub. Next time I am going to try the Vanilla Ale (or whatever it's called) and I challenge YOU to a game of Video Jukebox Music Trivia.
Chelle--we are definitely closer because of this roadtrip. I had a blast! The next Ani roadtrip that I make will be made with YOU (of course).

*checking in after her two day hangover* Wow, it was a fabulous show. I'm glad someone wrote down the setlist cause I sure didn't remember it! So many awesome songs... "You Had Time". She could've come out on stage, sung that song, then left and I would've been happy. :O "Providence", "Wish I May", "Carry You Around", oh so many songs I didn't expect to hear. Wow. She was in a really good mood, and cute and funny as always. And I love the dreds! People kept staring at my hair and I realized that I had it in braids! :r I'm a retard. I didn't take em out till my head started to itch Sunday nite. :n
Chelle and Janet: I can't believe y'all didn't go in and say hi after all that!!!! Chicken! :p Seriously, it was good to see y'all, and next time DEFINITELY get the vanilla cream ale!
Peace, love, and Ani yo!
