the only reliable piece i know of is a quote from an interview with peter gabriel. which was more than half a year ago. so nothing's for certain anyhow.

and, erm, she hasn't released anything in eight years. might be a reason for the five votes missing. :l

She's still working on the record. It was originally slaterd to come out this autumn.. but alas.. next year is more likely now.
