I justposted this in Other Musical Artits but decided to put it here, too.

Has anyone heard of them? I downloaded one of their songs on accident a long time and totally dug it so I downloaded more, and they're rad. But I've never heard about them anywhere.....

If I'm not mistaken, my brother saw them a few years ago as an opening band for someone else... the Foo Fighters maybe? I can't remember.

I'll have to see what I can download.

Imperial Teen is great. William is a friend of mine. I am happy to see that they've made a name for themselves out there. They're really cool cause they still promote their own shows, and make posters for those shows themselves. I think that's rad.

yeah, i downloaded some imperial teen, too, and i loved everything i heard, so i downloaded a lot more.

i'm on their mailing list, and apparently the band is part of the list, too, and they occasionally e-mail the list with updates and just chatter.

i had no clue they were on the "jawbreaker" soundtrack though. if you haven't seen that movie, see it, and you'll be surprised that they play their song "yoohoo" quite a bit.

That's how I heard Yoohoo... they played it during the Jawbreaker commercial (a movie I still haven't seen)...

I LOVE Imperial Teen. If you like what you've heard, you should definitely buy SEASICK, their first album. It's one of my favorite albums ever. Really. Download: butch, pig latin, hooray, blaming the baby, lipstick, crucible, you're one

My friend saw them in St. Louis a couple of years ago and talked to them for a long time. She said they are very nice, cool, and approachable.

imperial teen opened for hole on their '99 tour.

i have a tv thing with them playing a few songs on it. i like how they switch up instruments.

i was fortunate to catch them at a tiny club in san francisco early last year
oh LORD
they put on an awesome show

the band members switch instruments. lol that just struck me as so cool.
the singer plays the drums
