Okay boys n girls I know some of you also visit SLS so you've probably seen this already but this is for those of you that don't. Last night I went to Charlie Clouser's in store appearance at the Apple Store in Palo Alto, CA. I must say he is one of the sweetest celebrities I have ever met. Here's some of the pics I took...

While I'm on the topic of SLS I just want to thank some of you from this forum that defended me over there this past week. We have a small community here but I fucking adore each and every one of you. Just wanted to extend my gratitude to those of you that were willing to stick your necks out for me. You have no clue how much that meant...

those are great pics. The only celebrity I've ever met is Max Weinberg. I got his autograph too, but i think i threw away the paper with his signature on it. Funny thing, what I remember the most about that was that he has long nose hairs.

people on message boards can be real asses. never go into OIT on this board. most never thoroughly read your post and point, and end up being really childish and immature. I think name-calling is a bit un-called for these days. I've learned my lesson to never enter that place again. I might as well just walk into a pit of molten lava.

i like you jamie, you're a cool nin fan, and give us such goodies here. don't let those philistines grind ya down (even though i have no idea what you're talking about, i don't post at sls, though i think i have an account there, i've forgotten it).

thats awesome that you finally got to meet charlie after all the shit that it took to see him was it worth it,im sure it was glad to see that your back on the message boards

I haven't gotten around to reading your Charlie thread on SLS yet, but this is very cool and I'm glad you got to do it.

And as for defending you on SLS, I will gladly go on the chopping block for you anytime, Jaimie. You're an outstanding person.

Well, Jaimie took a little hiatus from the boards and since she is pretty popular there, someone posted a thread wondering where she was and all the people who dislike Jaimie saw that as a perfect opportunity to go off about her. i don't understand why people need to express their dislike like that. it seems a bit pathetic to be spending (or wasting rather) your time doing shit like that.

Yeah, basically there was a girl over there who kept giving me shit for no reason as far as I could see, just constantly making comments towards me. I ignored it for a while, then instead of making a huge scene and argueing with her on the board, I took a little break. Then somebody started a thread wondering where I was(Digitair's a sweet girl and her intent was good) but it turned into a little bit of a dramatic scene unfortunately. Luckily it all seems to have smoothed over and my drama has moved to ANOTHER board...thanks to Leviathant.

Star-tip...I spoke with him briefly afterwards, basically I talked to him about SLS. I just told him that if he's ever bored and online he should stop by those boards cause he has a large fan-base there. He told me he goes by the site all the time(mentioned the fact it hasnt been updated in a while), but never goes by the bbs. He then told me that he would stop by "just for me".

I was going to ask him about NIN but somebody else said they had at his appearance in LA and it was kind of an awkward situation and they said it seemed as if he didn't want to answer so rather than put him in a weird position again I avoided the question. He's a really really nice guy and if any of you ever have the chance to meet him I'd highly recommend you seize the opportunity.

wow. charlie reads the sls board? maybe THAT was who posted that mysteriously knowledgeable post a while back...

remember when sls went on that trent witchhunt? "maybe so-and-so is really trent!"
