Revolting Cocks is one of those many industrial all star bands. it features Al Jourgenson of Ministry and Paul Barker, plus Gibby Hanes from the butthole surfers is on some songs. some other people, including Chris Connelly. all from Wax Trax Records.

Beers, Steers and Queers is their best album. Something Wonderful is a great song. their cover of Let's Get Physical is awesome too.

they tend to be more on the fun side. not as angry and distorted as Ministry.

just download Beers, Steers and Queers.

Incidentally, Revolting Cocks was one of a slew of Ministry side projects done back in the Wax Trax heyday... others include

Acid Horse (another 2 song EP with Chris Connelly and Caberet Voltaire)
1000 Homo DJs (4 song EP with Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails)
Lead Into Gold (with Ministry Guitarist Paul Barker at the lead)
Lard (with Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys)

And of course everyone from Ministry was involved at some point with Pigface, the Industrial supergroup of all time.

As an aside, the Ministry home video "Tapes of Wrath" includes two Revolting Cocks videos, Crackin' Up (acid trip type video, was on Beavis and Butthead and got their thumbs up) and Do Ya Think I'm Sexy (Chris Connelly visits the stripclub from hell... funnier points include a stripper's face morphing into that of Al Jorugansen!)

i have the Ministry - Tapes of Wrath DVD and i love it. the REVCO videos are great, though i had seen the Crackin' Up video on Headbanger's Ball.

actually, the first time i heard Ministry was on Headbanger's with a video for Jesus Built My Hotrod. I actually went to a ministry concert, but Alain was too sick to perform, so we had to leave and no show

i wonder how a Revco show is.

anyway, thanks for the info, i didn't know Chris Connelly was the skinny guy visiting the strip club, i always thought the guy with the short straight hair was Chris. I knew that wasn't Paul, but that was about it.

Love them! I was so happy -- about 2 weeks ago I was in the indie record store near my work and i'm browsing through the used cd's and there was the single for "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?"!! YAY. I got if for $7.00. That song brings back great memories of the alternative / goth club I use to frequent.
