The Dave Matthews Cd "Remember Two Things".... ive listened to it many times, but i still dont know the two things he wants us to remember. Maybe im just stupid and its something that every dmb fan knows, but i have no idea. Anyone know?

that is a relaly good question...never really thought about it!!! haha....and also i ahveheard that if you look at the cover ther is a hidden image...amyeb its in tht...alhtough i haver never seen it myself!

ive tried to look in that image thing on the cover, but i dont know what it is... ive never been good with those things.

In college I lived with a girl who has been on the Nancies list way longer than I have, since close to the beginningof it. . I never knew what two things you were supposed to remember either and when I asked her ages ago, she said it was love your mother and do no harm. So, I tend to think it's right.

As for the picture, I've never been able to tell what it is, but I've always sucked at those 3d things. What the album insert says about it is:

"The cover image created by Rick Kwiatkowski is a stereogram. Stare at the image and allow your eyes to focus on a point beyond the surface by gazing at your own reflection. By forcing your eyes to each focus on separate points in the image, you will be able to discern a distinctive 3-dimensional form."

So, I think it's just a picture, not the things to remember. I've had the CD for years and years and can't make anything out in it.

The Nancies list is kind of the same thing as all those Tori mailing lists out there...except they are a lot bigger. There aren't a lot of separate DMB lists, pretty much everyone just joins Nancies. It's also been around forever, and i think won one of those VH1 "My VH1
awards" things for best fan webgroup.
I think there are like several thousand members of that list. I joined it finally, for tour information, but they aren't as friendly to newbies as Tori lists/groups are, so I pretty much lurk.
Also, I don't think they post actually DMB content too often, lately its been mostly people talking about their sex lives and whatnot.

But it is kind of the only place to go if you want DMB bootlegs. But you generally will get yelled at if you ask for them, you have to wait for someone to offfer up a B&P trade or something like that.

I never knew what the two things were either. How funny.

The cover image is a hand making the "peace" sign. With the two fingers up, index and middle? Make the sign with your left hand, facing you. The thumb overlaps the ring and pinkie finger a little.

I was always good at those "Magic Eye" things.
